 A: The XRKade was designed to be easily integrated into any environment (“business within a business”).  As an XRKade licensee you will receive advisory services from our account managers, project management team, and our in-house design associates.  Our team will take your allocated space and create the XRKade club within your designated space making the design and integration of the XRKade seamless.  We assist with you or contractors with the whole process from start to finish allowing you to focus on your core business.  In addition to these services, we offer all of the products needed in a single quote to make the XRKade a reality while offering preferred vendor pricing as well as on-site training and other selected products, services, and manuals as selected by you.  The most unique aspect of the XRKade is a combination of the proprietary design features and the ability for the licensee to not have limited restriction on the operations of the XRKade making the XRKade hard to resist and easy to manage. 

Q: Who Is The XRKade Club Target Customer?

 A: The XRKade was designed for youth and gamers of all shapes and sizes, specifically ages 10 - 23.  However, the XRKade has been a destination point for extreme gamers, aka: gamer generation, which consists of over 90 million gamers in the U.S. over the age of 10.

Q: What Are The Qualifications For An XRKade Club?

 A: We are looking for companies/facilities that either offer youth fitness offerings or are interested in offering a viable solution for the youth and gamers market.  You should enjoy working with youth, gamers, and families and be willing to accept the responsibility of having an XRKade. 

Q: How Long Does It Take To Open An XRKade Club?

 A: Since each XRKade club location has many variables that may effect the project from start to finish the project completion times may vary.  We have a complete in house project management team and account managers to streamline the process and on average we have completed projects between 4 weeks –  6weeks. 

Q: What Support Services Are Offered With The XRKade Club License?

 A: The XRKade comes complete with limited advisory services, project planning and design services, preferred vendor pricing, an orientation training, an XRKade manual, a XRKade grand opening starter packet, XRKade.com marketing, and access to the XRKade.com Customer Login for continued support services.  We also offer additional upgrade services for XRKade programming and other sales and marketing support services.  In addition to the services offered to the XRKade licensee we have revenue generating programs that can be implemented into the XRKade also.

Q: How Much Time Is Needed To Operate An XRKade Club?

 A: The decision is completely up to the facility.  Since we do not have strict requirements on the operations of the XRKade you are able to utilize the XRKade with your discretion.  Other XRKade club licensees operate the facility similar to a group exercise and personal training department.
